speaking ill of the dead

Many of the posts refer to individuals who passed over many, many years ago, for example, Homer St. Francis. Obviously, Chief St. Francis cannot defend himself. It shows little respect or courage to attack the dead.

and no empathy for the living descendents.

  1. Many of his posts also refer to individuals who are currently living and publicly humiliated by the lies and inuendo he uses to interpret the documents and hearsay statements made against his targets. Sure, he could be sued for slander and defamation of character, as well as invasion of privacy, but the queer bastard doesn't have a pot to piss in so to preserve one's reputation that he is trying to ruin would mean the expenditure of more than one's life savings in attorneys fees. Let some competent attorney offer to take a class action suit against him pro-bono on behalf of all the individuals he has slandered, and keep the attorneys fees awarded by the court when he wins (assuming he could ever collect them), and maybe even sue Google for publishing links to clearly slanderous material, and maybe this freaky nutcase will be ordered to cease and desist.
